Where we deliver
Within Sweden. You can also collect your order from the roastery at Rolfsgatan 6B in Malmö.

How long it takes
Coffee is roasted after you order it, so there is a roasting step before anything is posted.

Who delivers
PostNord or DHL, depending on the size of the parcel. You get a tracking link by email when it is handed over. If you collect from the roastery, we email you when it is ready.
Following your order
Every order can be followed on its own page: ordered, roasted, packed, sent, delivered. The link is in your confirmation email, or look the order up with your order number and email under Track an order.
If something goes wrong
Late? Contact us and we chase the carrier. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you may give us a reasonable extra period, and cancel for a full refund if we miss it.
Lost or damaged? It is our responsibility until it reaches you. Tell us and we replace or refund. Do not wait: carriers have deadlines for claims.
Nobody home? The carrier leaves a notice and holds the parcel at a collection point, usually for 14 days. Uncollected parcels come back to us, and we refund the goods less the delivery cost.
