Terms of Service: Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions (”Terms”)

  1. Applicability
    • This website is operated by Kaffeparken, a company registered in Sweden, with its office located at VA Vanstadskogsväg 279- 20 (”Kaffeparken”, ”we”, ”us”, and ”our”).
    • These Terms apply to all orders (”Order”) placed by customers (”Customer”) in our webshop (”Webshop”). They form a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Kaffeparken for any Orders placed in the Webshop.
    • We may update these Terms without notice. Customers should review them before placing an order.
    • Customers must be at least 16 years old to place an Order.
    • The Webshop is intended for sales to end-customers. Purchases for resale are prohibited, and we may restrict or cancel such Orders.

  2. Order and Order Confirmation
    • After placing an Order, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with a copy of these Terms (”Order Confirmation”). Acceptance of the Order occurs when the Order Confirmation is received.
    • If products are unavailable, we will inform the Customer and may cancel the Order.
    • We reserve the right to cancel Orders without liability, other than refunding any amounts received.
  3. Delivery
    • Orders will be shipped within the timeframe specified in the Order Confirmation, or within 30 days if not specified.
    • The Customer will be notified by email when the Order is ready for delivery.
    • We may split deliveries if necessary and will inform the Customer of any additional delivery costs.
    • Customers should inspect packaging upon delivery and not accept damaged shipments.
    • If a package is not collected in time and returned to us, the Customer will be liable for additional shipping costs.
  4. Prices and Payment
    • Payment options include various credit and debit cards, as well as digital payment methods.
    • The total amount will be charged at the time of shipment.
    • Prices include VAT and taxes. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination.
    • In case of non-payment, interest will be charged, and future deliveries may be withheld.
  5. Electronic Gift Certificates
    • Gift certificates can be purchased and used in the Webshop. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
  6. Coffee Subscriptions
    • Subscriptions will continue until canceled by the Customer, who can manage their subscription settings online.
    • Subscription cancellations become effective upon confirmation.
  7. Cancellation and Returns
    • Customers can cancel Orders before shipment. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies, excluding certain products for hygiene reasons.
    • Returns must be made in accordance with our return policy and within 30 days of cancellation.
  8. Notice in Case of Default
    • Customers have a 2-year warranty on defective products. Complaints must be filed promptly, and justified claims may entitle the Customer to repair, replacement, or refund.
  9. Account Information
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and updated.
  10. Products
    • All coffee products are sold as whole beans. We strive for accurate product descriptions but do not guarantee them.
  11. Personal Data
    • Customer data is managed according to Kaffeparken’s Privacy Policy.
  12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
    • We may correct any errors or omissions on our website and cancel Orders if necessary.
  13. Disclaimer and Warranties and Limitation of Liability
    • Products are provided ”as is.” Kaffeparken’s liability is limited as allowed by law.
  14. Force Majeure
    • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
  15. Miscellaneous
    • Kaffeparken may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. Customers cannot transfer their rights without written consent.
  16. Complaints
    • Complaints can be submitted via ADMIN@KAFFEPARKEN.SE . Alternatively, use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
  17. Governing Law
    • The Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
